Support Requirements

As a prerequisite for purchasing and delivery of MySQL Consulting Services, customers must have a valid contract for least one of the following MySQL support plans:

  • MySQL Enterprise Subscription
  • MySQL Cluster Support
  • MySQL OEM Support

Legal Terms

Each customer must also accept the terms and conditions of the MySQL Services Agreement included with the customer's Order Form, or an alternative agreement agreed to in writing by the customer and MySQL or Sun, to receive any MySQL Consulting Services.
